Pisgah is a small town — incorporated in 1947, roughly 680 people — set on the brow of Sand Mountain in Jackson County, where the plateau ends and the land falls away toward the Tennessee River and Lake Guntersville below. County Road 58 runs through the middle of town, with CR-60, CR-61, and CR-88 heading east and CR-83 dropping south. Two landmarks define the place. Just southwest of town, three creeks have cut Pisgah Gorge more than a thousand feet down through the mountain — its waterfalls, reached from Pisgah Civitan Park, are one of Jackson County's genuine hidden places. Three miles north, Gorham's Bluff, a planned mountaintop community with its lodge, stands over the river valley; the old Pisgah High School building was moved there to save it, and today's Pisgah High School — a K-12 campus of about 570 students — still anchors the town. The work in Pisgah is mountain-property work: renovations of brow-side homes, estate cleanouts, chicken-house and barn tear-downs, lot clearing for new builds with a view, and storm debris. TriState Dump It serves Pisgah on its Sand Mountain route with 14-day rentals, flat published pricing, and drivers who know how the plateau's roads behave in every season.

Every week. Pisgah sits on our plateau route — up from the valley through Section or across from Henagar — and the brow roads and county roads off CR-58 are standard deliveries. Mountain weather and a steep driveway are the only variables; mention either at booking and the driver plans for it.
The 30-yard, almost always with a swap planned. Poultry houses collapse into far more volume than they occupy standing, and the materials — lumber, tin, wire, equipment — outweigh a household load of the same size, which is why the 30-yard's 4 included tons matter. Give us the building's dimensions at (256) 548-6021 and we will stage the sets.
Two tons are included with the 12-, 16-, and 20-yard sizes, and four tons with the 30-yard. Every load is scale-weighed; overage bills at $75 per ton on the actual ticket. Shingles, demolition lumber, and rain-soaked debris are the loads that test the limit in Pisgah.
Lumber, tin, drywall, shingles, fencing, appliances, furniture, and brush — the full output of mountain property work. Hazardous materials cannot go: paint, chemicals, batteries, tires, fuel, oil, asbestos, or electronics. Farm chemical jugs and old fuel cans are the common Pisgah exceptions; they need their own disposal route.
Fourteen days are included in every Pisgah rental. Projects on the mountain respect weather windows; if yours slips, extra days run $10 each with a call before the pickup date. The rate is published and flat — it does not climb the longer you keep the box.
Within reason, yes — and brow-side Pisgah lots make the question a fair one. The truck needs a reasonably level set-down spot and a safe approach; a gravel pad, a wide spot in the drive, or a level patch by the barn usually qualifies. Describe the slope when you book, and if the driver judges a spot unsafe, he will work with you on the nearest workable placement rather than leave you stuck.
For a homesite clearing, the 30-yard with swaps is the workhorse — brush and timber eat volume, and green wood eats tonnage, so the big box wins on both. Light clearing tied to a renovation can ride in the same 20-yard as the construction debris if the loads are sequenced.
Yes. Plateau storms drop timber across roofs, fences, and driveways in Pisgah regularly, and storm debris — limbs, damaged roofing, wrecked outbuildings — is standard dumpster work for us. After a big cell, call early: the whole mountain books at once, and the route fills in the order calls arrive.
Yes. Builders working the brow and landlords turning rentals in Pisgah both run containers with us, with swaps arranged around their schedules. One call to (256) 548-6021 sets up the standing pattern; after that, the box simply rotates.
Yes — an estate cleanout with repairs, or a renovation of an occupied house, produces exactly that blend. Keep the hazardous list out, put heavy items low, and one container takes the whole mixed load.
Book on our online booking page in a few minutes, or call (256) 548-6021. For sloped or gated Pisgah properties, the call is worth it — two minutes describing the access saves the driver a scouting trip.
The 16-yard carries most Pisgah renovations: a kitchen or bath project, several rooms of flooring, or a porch rebuild. One-room jobs fit the 12-yard; a whole-house gut — especially with a roof in the same project — belongs in the 20-yard.
Plan on the 20-yard for the house itself. Pisgah estate jobs usually add a barn, a shop, or decades of storage in outbuildings; when they do, the 30-yard with its 4 tons finishes the property in one campaign instead of two.
A brow-side renovation still needs the furniture somewhere dry. Our mobile storage units cost $175, billed every 28 days, set on your Pisgah property and loaded at your pace — no trips down the mountain to a storage facility.
Construction crews, ball games at the town fields, and outdoor gatherings use our porta potty rentals at $140, billed every 28 days — delivered clean to the top of Sand Mountain and serviced on route.
